Disposals
Select Disposals from the Main Menu
When you are done using or tracking a particular asset, you can do one of the following options: A.   Archive the asset from the live database to the archive database B.   Dispose of the asset using the disposal screen, marking the        asset as disposed C.   Sell the asset marking the status as sold When you dispose of an asset, the service termination date is set and the asset status is set to disposed.
